Gold Capital Partners and WFG Launch Metro United Title and Escrow 

Gold Capital Partners — Jan. 8, 2026 — Gold Capital Partners (GCP) and Williston Financial Group (WFG) announced the creation of Metro United Title and Escrow, a joint venture designed to deliver a more streamlined and transparent closing experience for buyers, sellers, and the real estate professionals who support them.

Metro United is launching operations in Arizona, with expansion into additional states planned for early 2026. Backed by WFG, the venture will leverage proven title underwriting, operational support, and technology infrastructure to scale a consistent, high-quality title and escrow platform across new markets.
