Gold Capital Partners Appoints Jim Adams President of GCP Title and Escrow
Gold Capital Partners — January 29, 2026 — Gold Capital Partners (GCP) announced today that Jim Adams has been appointed President of GCP Title and Escrow, leading the organization’s growth strategy, operations, and innovation across current and future markets.
Adams will help expand GCP Title and Escrow’s capabilities in support of the broader Gold Capital Partners ecosystem, including Gold Nation’s network of real estate professionals across the Western United States.
As part of this growth strategy, Adams will also support the continued buildout of Metro United Title and Escrow, GCP’s title and escrow platform designed to deliver consistent service standards, streamlined processes, and a clear closing experience for agents and consumers across current and future markets.
Adams is a nationally respected leader in the title, escrow, and real estate technology industry with more than 26 years of experience driving growth, advancing modernization, and building high performing teams. He is widely known for introducing forward thinking solutions that improve the closing experience for real estate professionals and consumers.

Adams currently owns a title company based in Reno, Nevada, as well as Turning Point Software, a nationally recognized developer of estimated closing cost calculators used by leading title underwriters across the country. Most recently, he co-founded Equity Protect, a leading title and deed fraud protection platform, which received national recognition and awards from Inman and HousingWire for its innovation and impact on consumer protection.
