The agent-owned model, launched in 2020, integrates real estate, lending, title, insurance and homeowner concierge services to deliver a seamless home buying, selling and ownership experience.
The concept began in 2019 when co-founders Ron and Wendy Snow piloted a fully integrated approach with 20 real estate professionals in Utah. A pivotal meeting in February 2020 with Gold Nation CEO James O’Bryon and REMAX One leaders Keith Myers brought partnership and scale to the idea, officially launching Gold Capital Partners.
